SHS and Pawcatuck Lions Club to Host Annual Armed Forces Luncheon

On Tuesday, May 28, the 10th annual Armed Forces Luncheon will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pawcatuck VFW Post 1265 Harley P Chase Post at 160 South Broad Street. This is a luncheon to honor current active duty and veteran members of the armed forces.

The luncheon is sponsored by the Pawcatuck Lions Club and Stonington High School. Mr. McCarney’s AP/ECE US History classes will be planning and running the luncheon as they have done in previous years. 

There will be food and beverages served for free of charge. SHS choral students will be providing entertainment. There is no RSVP necessary and any veteran and active member of service can attend.
